FEMA Commits Another PR Blunder

As if its reputation weren’t hurt enough by its pathetic response to the devastation caused by Hurricane Katrina, FEMA shot itself in the foot on Friday, when it staged a fake press conference in regards to its response to the wild fires in Southern California. The Federal Emergency Management Agency held a press conference on very short notice, and when no members from the press showed up, the agency had some of their own people pose as reporters, who in turn proceeded to ask very soft questions, such has “How do you think FEMA has responded to the fires?”
If FEMA offered shares of stock, it would have plummeted even farther; I wouldn’t even invest in it using an online service like Gorilla Trades. FEMA is just another bad piece of publicity for the already damaged reputation of this administration.
