Halle Berre Needs Good PR for Damage Control

During an appearance on the Jay Leno Show, Halle Berry was showing pictures of herself, which were distorted using Mac’s Photo Booth program. While showing a picture that had been warped to give her a larger than average nose, the actress stated that “Here’s where I look like my Jewish cousin.” The experienced acctress went right into damage control mode, by (half way) joking that she had “ruined her career.” She also asked the people at the Tonight Show to edit part out before it aired. In addition she issued an apology explaining that one of her assistants who is Jewish had said the same thing while she was backstage and that it mush have been “fresh in her mind.” This straightforward way of addressing her potentially offending statement was a good way to handle the situation, seeing as there wasn’t much backlash towards the actress.
In the Hollywood stock market, her stock would have only taken a slight loss, only to rebound after her apology was accepted. Seeing as she is a pretty well established star, if she really did have stock, i would still consider investing in it, via online services like Gorilla Trades.
