KUWAIT : ?A total of 496 fire accidents were recorded in the month of November in all the six governorates of the country,? says Major Khaleel Al-Ameer, Head of the Public Relations Department at the Kuwait Fire Services Directorate (KFSD), adding that ?356 fires were doused by fire brigades while the rest were extinguished by other authorities.?
