Sales process improvement course improved sales

I am a manager and I felt that my staff could use some sales process improvement. Times are tough these days and we need every sale that we can get. I felt that if their skills were sharpened then they could improve their work.
I enrolled myself in management leadership training. I wanted to be a good example to my troops and show them that I am also updating my skills. I ended up learning a lot and I became a better boss. My employees applied what they learned and made more sales.
I think that I will enroll them in a training seminar for next quarter. I think that freshening our skills a few times a year will definitely pay off.
