If you enter the shop you will get a feel for the place as everyone is different. You can meet the artists, explore their work, look at the tattoo machine, determine their specialty e.g. black light ink tattoo and really get to know the shop before getting tattooed.
The tattoo shops get their wholesale tattoo supplies from a wholesaler. Check out if there is one in your area because they make a fun place to visit. You will be amazed at the array of different equipment and supplies that are on offer!
