By reducing stress, one becomes less anxious and irritable. One becomes more efficient in ones job, which it turn, reduces stress levels even further. Soaking in a hot tub, provides a person with the time necessary to think, to meditate, and to observe the world, and to not let it affect oneself in detrimental ways.
