Steven Barbarich Knows, Good Ethics=Good Business

Any business owner knows, that with good customer service, the life of a business will be maintained.  Slashing prices and offering up sales on items, does bring customers in, but the question remains…will they come back?  If not, profits will not last for long.  Quick money, but not sustaining.  The aspect of good customer service that allows businesses to survive, is that one customer, who will just keep coming back.  And not only do they keep coming back, but that they tell others to do as well.  For when someone leaves an establishment happy, and satisfied, they will return and they will bring their friends and family with them.  It is all about the repeat customer.

Especially during these economic times, businesses that are surviving are the ones that can offer their loyalty and honor, in exchange for the exact same thing.  When times are tough, people turn to those that they can trust.  Steven Barbarich understands this aspect of running a business.  Selling one thing, to one person, one time…is easy.  Sell it again, and you are in business.  Say for instance, that you are a mechanic, and that you fix a car that has been breaking down constantly.  The owner of that car will not only come back to you for further repairs, they will send everyone they know your way.  The same is true for a really great meal in a restaurant, or tender care given to one’s pet at a veterinary clinic.

People go to people that they can trust with what is important in their lives.   It is about the relationship that is created, between two people and in this case, that which is created between the business and the client.  And when a business manages to create that relationship, the customer will come back, again and again.  It is about not only saying what you will do, but actually doing it.  It seems to be a secret that many business owners are missing out on.  It is simple really.  It is just about telling the truth and practicing good ethics, in life and in business it is the same.  Just to do what is right, is also to do what is good.
